We currently have openings for 5 General Cleaning Professionals and 2 Organizing Experts. Set your own schedule and earn 55% of each job rate, paid promptly after completion and proof of service.

There is a 20% performance bonus for perfect client ratings. The bonus activates after your third perfect client rating. After your first 30 days, every job with a perfect rating earns a 20% bonus automatically.

All staff are contractors, not employees. They are expected to fill out a 1099 form at the end of the year. All pay is on the books.

As a General Cleaning Professional, you would provide residential cleaning services for clients in the areas that you say you are available to work in. You can complete the following services: a Standard House Clean, a Deep Clean, a Move In/Move Out, or a Mini Clean (single room) Package. You can also complete an Attic/Basement/Garage Clean. Every job comes with clear list of what is expected.

You are responsible for your own transportation and bringing your own cleaning supplies. Most of all, you should represent Tended with warmth, patience, and genuine care.

An Organizing Expert helps clients sort, organize, and set up organization systems in their spaces. Organizing Experts should follow the client’s vision, listen carefully, and ask questions to make sure that they are on the right track in organizing the space. This can be added to a cleaning service or be booked on its own.

Clients will be responsible for providing containers, bins, and shelves. Items should only be thrown away with the client’s permission.

In reality, it’s not that simple. We need professionals that really practice warmth, patience, and care for the community. We want to attract contractors who reflect this through offering flexible schedules, fair pay, and fair hiring. Most of all, we want to be clear with you and accountable for you and our clients.

We can be reached directly Mon. - Fri. from 9 am - 8 pm., have a systems in place to protect and reward our staff, and we are open to suggestions from you that will help us improve.

On your application, you share available days, times, and services areas with us. When you come on board, you will be sent jobs based on that. You can review the offer and then accept or decline by emailing us. No job is ever locked in without your permission.

Returning clients can request you again through our Preferred Cleaner system, which means you can build a consistent schedule with us over time.

Again, you receive 55% of the earnings from every package you complete while we receive 45% as the agency that handles scheduling and earning clients. You will never have to find your own work…that’s our job.

Your safety and well-being is our main priority at Tended. We see cleaning homes as an act of care from all sides, and that includes protecting you. Every job comes with a Post-Job Report where you document your work and raise any concerns about the client. Clients are also given a Client Satisfaction Survey. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any staff or clients. Clients who mistreat our staff are removed from our platform, and staff who mistreat clients will be removed.

You also have the right to leave any job if you feel unsafe. You can fill out an Incident Report for unfinished jobs you feel uncomfortable at and it will be reviewed.
